# Hệ thống UF ADES X-line

Công ty TNHH Công Nghệ Nước ATS đã hợp tác với Pentair X-Flow để thiết kế và lắp ráp [Hệ thống UF ADES X-Line](https://www.atswatertechnology.com/products/he-thong-sieu-loc-ades-x-line) với mong muốn đáp ứng nhu cầu dự án xử lý nước công suất lớn tại thị trường Việt Nam và khu vực.

Trong hệ thống này, ATS Water Technology sử dụng màng UF mới nhất của **Pentair X-Flow**. Màng này được làm từ các sợi nhỏ bằng vật liệu PES, với đường kính sợi màng khoảng 0,72mm và kích thước lỗ lọc 20nm, mang lại chất lượng nước tuyệt vời và vượt trội mà các thiết bị lọc đa năng khác không thể đạt được. Màng lọc này có thể hoạt động ở thông lượng cao và tiêu thụ năng lượng thấp hơn so với các loại màng khác, và hiệu quả loại bỏ vi khuẩn từ nước.

**Hệ thống UF ADES X-line** có thể là một sự thay thế tuyệt vời cho hệ thống lọc đa tầng truyền thống. Thiết kế tiêu chuẩn dựa trên module UF với cấu hình dòng chảy từ trong ra ngoài (Inside/out) và kết nối X-line ít chiếm diện tích, ít bám bẩn, công suất lọc cao hơn, dễ dàng rửa màng và bảo trì nhờ khớp nối nhanh kiểu X-Line.

### Thông số kỹ thuật Hệ thống UF ADES X-line&#x20;

* Diện tích bề mặt màng: 75 m2
* Màng ưa nước được tạo thành từ sự kết hợp của polyvinylpyrolidone và polyethersulfone.
* Kích thước lỗ lọc: 0,02 μm (20nm).
* Cấu trúc không đối xứng / microporous.
* Hiệu suất cao với khả năng chống bám bẩn tuyệt vời.
* Chất lượng dòng chảy thấm: thường có chỉ số SDI <3 và độ đục <0,1 NTU.
* Lọc màng giúp loại bỏ 99,9999% (LOG6) vi khuẩn (Pseudomonas diminuta) và giảm 99,99% (LOG 4) vi rút bằng phương pháp cơ học.
